You have poured into everyone and everything. It is time to pour back into you.
The work, the world, the weight of being a Black woman right now — it has cost you more than anyone around you knows.
The instability in the world is real and it is affecting your mental health, your focus, and your sense of safety.
Everyone comes to you. You hold it all together. And you are tired of having to be strong when you are the one who needs support.
You don't just want to cope — you want to actually heal, replenish, and build a life that doesn't cost you your wellbeing.
Each day builds on the last — moving you from awareness to action to restoration.
Before anything can change, we have to be honest about where you actually are. On Day 1 we do a deep, compassionate assessment of your depletion — naming burnout, racial fatigue, invisible labor, and the specific ways uncertainty has been affecting your mental health and your body. No performance. No pretending. Just truth — in a space that is safe enough to hold it.
This is where we build something real. Not a generic self-care checklist — a personalized Soul Care and Self-Care Plan designed around your actual life, your actual needs, and what genuinely fills you back up. We identify what to release, what boundaries need to be built, and what practices will actually sustain you. You leave Day 2 with a plan — not just inspiration.
Day 3 is about integration and vision. We close the intensive by helping you design a sustainable path forward — one rooted in soul care, joy, and the version of yourself that is no longer running on empty. You leave with clarity, a concrete plan, and the experience of having been truly seen and poured into.
Both options reserve your full spot in the intensive. Payment plans are paid in full before June 25th.
